My name is Ms. D. LeSure and I've had the pleasure of working at the Chatt for 3 years and now entering my 4th academic school year. I started my teaching career in 2001 and am embarking on my 20th year of working with youth in education and sports. While serving in the US Navy, I learned that everyone can succeed if given the proper instructions, appreciation of self-discipline and motivation.

That's why I am so excited to be serving as the Elementary EIP Math Teacher in the MTSS Dept. I look forward to serving your scholar in Math and assisting them in reaching their maximum potential. I hope to motivate as I give them proper instructions/strategies and teach them how to use self-discipline to extend expectations.

I love nature, sports and DIY projects. I hope to use some of those skills to help make math relatable and fun to the scholars. So don't be surprised if your scholars come home playing a new game, singing a song or talking about how to use a measuring tape.
