Welcome! This is my eighth year teaching, and I am excited to be teaching Science again (with a little bit of Social Studies)!

I am a teacher, wife, mother, and student. I have been married for 24 years to Herb, and we have Sophie (21, in Grad School at the University of Alabama for Speech and Language Pathology), Henry and Max (16, Juniors), and Alex (14, Freshman). I graduated from the University of West Georgia in Elementary Education (2013) and have a Gifted Endorsement. I will begin my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction: Accomplished Teaching and a Science Endorsement at Valdosta State University this Fall 2020 Semester.

This is my third year at CHCS, and I am looking forward to teaching the Georgia Standards of Excellence while emphasizing our CHCS Tri-focus (Arts, Agriculture, and Environment).
